This site describes Market Baseline, a fixed-scope external research engagement provided by m|industries. Submitting the question form does not create a contract or commitment on either side. Specific scope, deliverables, price, and terms for any engagement are set out in a written proposal, per our standard Proposal Template, and only take effect once accepted in writing.

This placeholder should be replaced with terms reviewed by a lawyer, covering at minimum: engagement scope and exclusions, payment terms, confidentiality, intellectual property ownership of deliverables, limitation of liability, and governing law (Ontario/Canada).
